The magnets are made of 20 mil magnet glued to paper with a dry erase coating. They measure 1.5" x 1" and can stick to either side of the SCRUM Board for easy organization of tasks. You can write your tasks to be completed on the magnets with a dry erase or chalkboard marker. When your task is complete, simply erase.
