Combining Smith’s advanced hybrid shell construction with the vented protection of lightweight Aerocore™ technology the Smith Level MIPS Helmet is a durable helmet built without added weight, with the features to take you from the front four to the backcountry. This helmet features zonal Koroyd® hexagonal cells for a helmet that absorbs more energy upon impact when compared to international standards by creating strategic crumple zones. The Koroyd® cells also allow for more vents to be placed throughout the helmet without sacrificing protection. Additional impact protection provided by MIPS, the multi-directional impact protection system designed to reduce the rotational forces to the brain in the event of an oblique impact by creating a sliding layer between the outer shell and your head. Smith uses Aerocore™ construction to provide an improved temperature regulation to move humid air out The VaporFit™ system adjusts to create your ideal fit, dialing it in precisely for pressure free comfort, while the anti-bacterial XT2™ performance liner offers a soft embrace for your head while still accommodating a helmet liner if you prefer an extra layer on bitter days.
